Local Pickup (Florence, AL)

Choose this shipping option during checkout and we will coordinate a time to pick up your order locally in Florence, Alabama. Typical pickup locations include the parking lot at Martin’s Department Store on Cox Creek Parkway and Walmart on Cloverdale Road. We will also consider other pick-up locations. You can specify your choice in the comments section of your order. This is no charge for Local Pickup.

USPS Shipping

Choose this shipping option during checkout and we will mail your order to the specified shipping address on your order. We don’t overinflate shipping costs. Our goal is to provide fast shipping at a low cost. The shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and the cost from our shipping code 35633 to the zip code on your order.

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Singing River Boutique, 458 Roxie Dr, Florence, AL 35633. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
